Renee o’shea

Born in Iowa and raised in Colorado, Renee is a multifaceted individual with a diverse background encompassing sports, healthcare, and entrepreneurship. As a former volleyball player and coach, she developed a deep appreciation for the transformative power of athletics from an early age. Her journey led her to pursue three undergraduate degrees in Nursing and Psychology, followed by two graduate degrees in Nurse Practitioner and Public Relations, showcasing her unwavering commitment to education and personal growth.

For over two decades, Renee dedicated herself to the healthcare field, serving as a practicing nurse and nurse practitioner. However, her entrepreneurial spirit led her to venture into home remodeling, where she established her own successful business. It was during this time that her children, Kannen and Simon, immersed themselves in sports, particularly basketball. Witnessing firsthand the financial barriers that hindered access to sports for underprivileged youth, Renee was motivated to take action. Together with her partner, Eliot, she co-founded Game Changer Inc, driven by the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to participate in sports and unlock their full potential, regardless of their economic circumstances. Through Game Changer, Renee  is dedicated to breaking down barriers and creating pathways for young athletes to thrive and succeed.
